Data controller

Giresun EXPO is organised jointly by the Giresun Foundation, the Giresun Federation and the Şebinkarahisar Association of Industrialists and Businesspeople (ŞEBİNSİAD). The legal entity acting as data controller will be confirmed by the organisers.

What data is processed?

Only the information you submit through the forms on this site is processed:

• Visitor registration: name, e-mail, phone, city, days you plan to attend
• Company registration: full name, company name, job title, mobile phone, corporate e-mail, sector, stand size preference
• Contact form: name, e-mail, subject, message

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, in order to handle pre-registration and application requests, to contact you and to plan the event.

Transfers

Data is shared with the partner organisations only to the extent necessary to run the event. Any transfer abroad will be stated explicitly here once the hosting infrastructure is confirmed.

Retention

Retention periods will be determined by the organisers and added to this notice.

Your rights
